These adorable tutus have 3 layers of tulle and an elastic waistband, they are perfect for playtime! Embellished with Stars one the Blue portion of the Tutu! They are approximately 12 inches long and fit ages 6 months to approx. 10 years. The waist stretches from about 12" to about 26".  100% polyester.
